FOUNDER & CEO

Ricky

Ricky is the man behind it all – at least if you ask him. Rarely standing still, and usually equipped with a pair of AirPods, he’s always ready for the next meeting.

As the driving force behind the company’s growth, he’s constantly focused on new opportunities and big ideas.

If he had an office door, it would always be open. That is, unless he’s in a meeting, out for lunch, or chasing his next big idea. Jokes aside, Ricky is a dedicated leader who is always open to new ideas and focused on helping both the business and the team succeed.

COO

Amalie Vilhelmine

Amalie is quite simply the most put-together person in the office. As COO, she always has the overview: from the big strategic picture to the details the rest of us tend to miss. With a natural ability to bring structure to chaos and a calm presence that rubs off on the entire team.

Amalie is the person you turn to when things need to be done properly – and preferably the first time. She also keeps Ricky in check, making sure big ideas don’t run ahead of execution.

When she’s not optimising processes, planning the next move, or keeping an eye on Ricky, you’ll find her with a cup of herbal tea in hand, sharing her infamous music taste with the rest of the team.

CCO

Christian

While Amalie and Ricky are the ones constantly on the move, talking about big plans and ideas, Christian – our CCO – is the one who listens. When things start getting too big, Christian is the one who points out what really matters and where to focus, always with a strong commercial perspective.

Even though we rarely see him in the office during the day – because he’s either in meetings or finding a quiet place to focus – he always makes time for the team at lunch, chatting, listening, and sharing his wisdom.

COMMUNICATIONS LEAD

Frida

When we have something to say, and need to say it well, Frida is the one who makes it happen. From a killer tagline, to a carefully crafted pitch, she has a creative ability to turn half-formed ideas into exactly the right words. She always knows whether something calls for "less is more" or even "more is more".

Beyond communications, she brings a unique perspective to every corner of VVY. She finds the angle that gives it something extra whenever there is need for some "Frida-flair".

Frida also has a way of making stressful days feel manageable, be it with a genuine smile or an unlimited supply of dried mangos.

MARKETING & BI

Andreas

Andreas is VVY’s Marketing & BI specialist and the one who quietly keeps both the coffee machine and the VVY engine running behind the scenes.

Through campaigns, ads, and data insights, he elevates our marketing and ensures decisions are based on solid data. He’s an indispensable part of the team – from technical solutions to the occasional game of Mario Kart.

And of course, he always keeps the rest of us supplied with fresh coffee.

UX & DESIGN

Helene

Helene is officially the team's UX/UI Designer and creative problem solver, but she’s also the one who gives solid feedback on a good headline or a clever post – or suddenly comes up with the perfect angle when the rest of us have almost given up finding it.

She has a strong eye for detail, whether visual or written, and is the perfect creative sparring partner.

Even though she’s Norwegian, she has probably explored more of Denmark than the rest of the team combined. And she often tops it off with chocolate to go with the coffee Andreas makes.

Account Executive

Philip

If the energy in the room is low, it won't be for long.

With an arsenal of good stories and optimism, Philip brings a warmth to the office that affects the rest of the team, even when stress and chaos is in the room. As the one responsible for building new relationships and opening doors, he brings that same energy to every conversation he has on behalf of VVY.

He always has something going on. And as a result you wouldn't know that he's from Randers, as he knows Copenhagen better than most.
